Job Description

Energy and Commodities (E&C) Trading organisations have invested heavily in E/CTRM platforms over the last two decades.

They are the ones building the data ecosystems, user experiences and intelligent decision‑support capabilities around them.

As the industry accelerates towards AI‑enabled operations and increasingly data‑driven trading models, the focus is shifting from system implementation to enterprise‑wide trading transformation.

Publicis Sapient partners with many of the world’s leading Energy Trading organisations to navigate that shift.

Our teams work across the full trading technology landscape, helping clients modernise ETRM estates, architect data‑led ecosystems and unlock greater value from their trading platforms.

This creates opportunities for experienced practitioners to apply their expertise beyond traditional package implementation, influencing how the next generation of trading organisations operate, scale and compete.
