Job Description

What will you be doing? We are hiring a Digital Shelf Performance Director to help our clients turn ambitious commerce strategies into real‑world growth. This is a senior, hands‑on role where you’ll shape connected commerce programmes, guide clients through digital transformation, and make a visible impact across global markets. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, execution and partnership—bringing clarity, momentum and creativity to complex commerce challenges. Responsibilities

  • Setting the strategic direction for connected commerce and digital shelf programmes across markets, with clear commercial outcomes.
  • Partnering closely with senior clients to turn data‑driven insight into practical, high‑impact recommendations.
  • Leading the development and execution of product content and digital shelf strategies that improve visibility, availability and conversion.
  • Connecting teams across analytics, strategy, retail media and solutions to deliver joined‑up client outcomes.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and contributing to new business pitches and proposals.
  • Overseeing delivery quality, ensuring work is clear, consistent and aligned to client objectives.
  • Developing case studies and thought leadership that showcase the impact of our work internally and externally.

Qualifications

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience in commerce, digital shelf or e‑commerce strategy, ideally across multiple markets or complex client environments.
  • A solid understanding of product content, e‑merchandising and online retail dynamics (including 1P and 3P models).
  • Confidence presenting insight and strategy to senior stakeholders in a clear, persuasive way.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to bring different disciplines together around shared goals.
  • Commercial awareness, with experience identifying and shaping growth opportunities.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems with pragmatism and creativity.
  • A genuine interest in learning, evolving your craft, and supporting the development of others.
