We are hiring a Global Digital Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering best‑in‑class digital strategy for Nomad Foods, Europe’s leading frozen food business. Working closely with the Global Digital Director, you’ll sit at the heart of global planning and local activation, helping turn strategy into meaningful impact across 17 European markets. This is a role with real influence—bringing global vision together with local nuance through collaboration, curiosity and craft. Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the Global Digital Director to shape and roll out clear, effective digital strategies across global and local teams.
  • Supporting the planning and activation of global digital activity through the centralised Digital Hub, ensuring consistency and quality across markets.
  • Leading strategic workstreams such as test‑and‑learn programmes and global partnerships with platforms including Google, Meta and TikTok.
  • Embedding robust measurement frameworks to track performance, optimise activity and improve outcomes across stakeholders.
  • Working closely with local market teams to ensure digital strategies are understood, adopted and adapted to local needs.
  • Helping define and strengthen processes and governance between Global teams, the Digital Hub and local markets.
  • Building trusted relationships with client and agency stakeholders, becoming a go‑to partner for digital guidance on the Nomad Foods.
