We are hiring a Measurement Manager to shape how data turns into better decisions for one of the world’s most recognisable fashion brands. This role sits at the heart of measurement, analytics and strategy—connecting complex models with clear, actionable insight that drives media performance and investment. You’ll partner closely with global and regional teams to embed consistent, trusted measurement frameworks across markets. Responsibilities:
  • Translating attribution, MMM and experimentation outputs into insights that inform optimisation and investment decisions
  • Supporting the consistent application of global measurement frameworks across regions and markets
  • Partnering with Performance and Strategy teams to embed measurement into everyday decision-making
  • Contributing to test-and-learn design, measurement approaches and post-test analysis
  • Identifying growth opportunities through data, analysis and performance insight
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for measurement-related questions across client and internal teams
  • Presenting insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a focus on impact
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with attribution models, MMM and incrementality testing in a media context
  • Confidence handling large-scale media and performance datasets
  • Understanding of digital media ecosystems and cross-channel measurement
  • Ability to connect measurement outputs to media strategy and commercial outcomes
  • Experience working across multiple markets or in a global environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • A curious, analytical mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
