We are hiring a Business Director, Social & Influencer Activation to shape culture at scale for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. You’ll guide always-on ecosystems and standout campaigns, bringing clarity, momentum and creative ambition to everything you touch. If you enjoy building strong operating models while pushing the quality of social thinking forward, this role offers real ownership and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Setting the global direction for social and influencer strategy, from brief through to delivery and optimisation.
  • Designing and embedding clear operating models that support markets with practical, usable guidance.
  • Leading cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, production, community and activation.
  • Turning insight and platform understanding into work that delivers meaningful business outcomes.
  • Overseeing always-on social activity and campaign planning across multiple markets.
  • Strengthening collaboration across regions to reduce friction and improve consistency.
  • Developing and supporting team members, creating space for growth and progression.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading complex global or regional client programmes within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of how social, influencer and media work together within modern ecosystems.
  • Strategic thinking grounded in insight, data and real-world application.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders across markets and disciplines.
  • A delivery-focused mindset that balances long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and bringing structure where it’s needed most.
  • A collaborative leadership style that brings out the best in others.
