Key role for the business, with the overall mission to drive sustainable growth for Activia by accelerating its future core and leading strong consumer‐led innovation plans.

  • Experienced brand manager role (second rotation BM level).
  • P&L delivery for Activia and market performance.
  • Contribute to development and delivery of annual marketing plan & business targets.
  • Specific focus on driving NS, volume growth, share, and improving GM, supporting team on delivering performance & landing key R&O.
  • Portfolio management with a focus across sub ranges.
  • Brand building & set strategic north star.
  • Support in shaping the Activia UKI Brand strategy and deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Drive towards north star, aligning with global and localising as relevant including building and delivering competitive claims roadmaps.
  • Lead specific communications executions.
  • Engage company and commercial teams via 'built in' collaboration & regular meetings plus quarterly sales meetings.
  • Ongoing analysis of brand performance using internal and external data, identifying issues and opportunities in the market to ensure targets are achieved (NS/GM/Market Share/Penetration).
  • Support development of 3+ year innovation pipeline strategy.
  • Lead high‐priority brand innovation projects & launches.

About You:

  • Can translate consumer & market insight into breakthrough innovation that delivers against the quad win and bring to market on time, in full.
  • Can uncover & translate consumer insight into clear, actionable opportunities & plans.
  • Drives profitable growth by aligning brand ambition with financial performance, able to create commercial value by making decisions & taking actions to grow both NS & profit.
  • Skilled in driving brand excellence through aligning brand purpose, positioning and execution.
  • Skilled in shaping compelling creative ideas that cut through & resonate with consumers.
  • Skilled at defining clear communications brief for their brand, then identifying, prioritising and activating the most effective media & touchpoint opportunities.

Stakeholder Management: Leads effectively in a complex, matrixed environment, building trusted relationships across local, European and Global teams. Influences and aligns diverse stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.

Accountability: Owns functional outcomes end‐to‐end, including delivery, risk and value. Adapts quickly to internal and external change to ensure consistent, high‐quality execution.

Simplifying Complexity: Cuts through complexity with clear prioritisation, providing simple, focused direction that enables pace and effective decision‐making at scale.

Leadership: Plays a visible leadership role across the function, influencing beyond own team. Leads with confidence and courage, particularly in ambiguous and complex situations.

Strategic Impact: Brings strategic thinking and thought leadership to shape functional direction and contribute meaningfully to broader functional and enterprise strategy.

Please note that the salary bracket for this role is between £45,000 - £55,000 + bonus & benefits.
