We are hiring an AV Manager to join Publicis Imagine, our bespoke “Power of One” team dedicated to one of the world’s most iconic entertainment brands — Disney. This role sits at the heart of how we shape high‑impact AV campaigns across the UK, blending strategic thinking, smart investment and creative media solutions. You’ll play a meaningful role in bringing Disney stories to life across screens, platforms and audiences. Responsibilities
- Owning the end‑to‑end delivery of AV campaigns across TV, BVOD, CTV, Audio and Cinema, ensuring quality, efficiency and impact.
- Managing campaign activation, pacing, optimisation and performance analysis against clear objectives and KPIs.
- Partnering closely with planners, digital investment teams and media owners to design integrated, innovative AV solutions.
- Building strong media owner relationships to unlock value, innovation and best‑in‑class buying opportunities.
- Translating performance data and audience insight into clear, compelling post‑campaign stories for clients.
- Coaching and supporting junior team members, creating a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Staying close to changes in the AV landscape and sharing market insight across the wider investment team.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering AV campaigns across TV, BVOD, CTV, Audio and Cinema.
- A thoughtful approach to AV investment, balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.
- Confidence working with data, insights and performance reporting to inform decision‑making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both clients and colleagues.
- Experience working with or curiosity about the entertainment and content‑led brand space.
- A collaborative leadership style, with a genuine interest in developing others.
- Knowledge of the programmatic AV ecosystem across CTV, Digital Audio and BVOD.
