Job Description

We are hiring an Ad Ops Senior Executive to join Adobe.Pub, a unique collaboration between Publicis Groupe and Adobe, where creativity, technology and data come together to deliver exceptional digital experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in how campaigns are activated, optimised and delivered across EMEA. You’ll work at the heart of a highly collaborative team, influencing campaign performance and ensuring operational excellence across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end ad trafficking process, ensuring campaigns are set up accurately and delivered on time.
  • Support planning teams with campaign setup, including guidance on ticket creation and activation readiness.
  • Provide operational direction to Ad Ops, programmatic and social teams to improve activation processes.
  • Deliver and oversee ad delivery reporting, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Manage ad tech platforms (including ad servers), maintaining tracking, tagging and campaign performance standards.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to stay ahead of platform updates and industry developments.
  • Guide and support offshore and local Ad Ops teams, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for:

  • Experience in an AdTech or Ad Operations role within an agency, advertiser or publisher environment.
  • Working knowledge of ad servers, DSPs, tracking and tagging practices.
  • Understanding of data privacy principles and how they influence campaign delivery.
  • Confidence in analysing performance data and translating it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for different audiences.
  • Interest in automation and improving operational efficiency at scale.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a passion for learning and supporting team development.
