Overview
The Loading Bay Operative role is part of the operations department, focusing on ensuring the smooth movement of goods while maintaining high-quality standards for customers. The role offers various tasks with rotation to promote skill development within the company.
Responsibilities
Full-time position available
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:30.
Includes 2 unpaid breaks. This is an excellent opportunity to join Dunbia, working within food production on our Abattoir site. Candidates should be physically fit, enthusiastic, and flexible to adapt to our fast-paced environment. Teamwork and flexibility with hours are essential. Training will be provided to ensure familiarity with all current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
We are seeking operatives to join our team on core hours, Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:30, at a rate of £12.50 per hour. Overtime is available from 05:00 daily and after shifts, paid at time and a half. Additional earning opportunities may be available after shifts.
