You will de-bone and trim beef to customer specifications while maximizing meat yield.
Shifts Monday to Friday 5.45am to 2.15pm with a base rate of £12.71 per hour, rising to £15.50 per hour for attendance and throughput bonuses.
Previous meat trimming experience and good knife skills are required.
