As part of our mission to produce the best lamb and beef from naturally sustainable sources, we are seeking Full-time and Part-time General Operatives to join our thriving Abattoir team. Responsibilities
- Playing a key role in the early stages of the food supply chain.
- Trimming, sorting and preparing products.
- Working alongside a team of experienced abattoir butchers and general operatives.
- Ensuring that all customer and company specifications are met.
- Keeping your work area clean and organized at all times, following our ‘clean as you go’ policy.
- Promoting and maintaining excellent Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards.
