Job Description

LeSHOP have partnered with one of the top energy providers in the UK to build out a creative studio team that exclusively supports their account. The team is closely tethered to the client’s inhouse studio and take day to day direction from the client.

So, you’ll sit in LeSHOP offices two days a week and enjoy all the perks of being a Publicis employee. But all your time will be spent working side by side with our clients, working on their brand and bringing the account to life, and you will work from their offices one day a week.

About you

In this hybrid role, you will be working within an embedded team with our energy client to drive brand and marketing projects forward. Our Project Managers are equal parts planner, problem solver, analytical thinker, relationship builder, and cheerleader.You will transition seamlessly between the detail and the big picture, getting excited about planning ahead and delivering work on time and on budget, every time. You will be a great teammate who is able to form strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, creatives, designers and copywriters. You will also be a process specialist, used to implementing best practice when it comes to studio processes from briefing through to approvals and feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, track and manage project plans, budgets and timelines for marketing and CRM projects. Typical projects include bringing the client’s brand to life across digital channels including media and email, and designing assets, logos and infographics for comms including printed, event and OOH experience collateral.
  • Deliver \’business as usual’ projects for a specific workstream (to be assigned on commencement) as your bread and butter as well as ad-hoc projects based upon requirements of the business.
  • Work with partners to develop creative briefs, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined for the studio’s creative team.
  • Day-to-day management and guidance on resource planning, management, and coordination of all project deliverables.
  • Ensure all processes are upheld, work through areas for process development and shape processes for special projects and initiatives alongside the Senior Project Management and Operations teams.
  • Become a DAM specialist and ensure all your final project content is uploaded, tagged and categorised correctly.

Qualifications

  • A track record of project management experience within an advertising agency, inhouse studio or similar environment.
  • An exceptional attention to detail.
  • Someone who truly leans in – who is pro-active and takes accountability. Who relishes the challenge of a fast paced, matrix working environment.
  • Exceptionally organized – you will be coordinating multiple partners across a high volume of tasks and projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Calm whilst working with levels of ambiguity and adept at bringing order and clarity into a team environment.
  • A real people-person who is highly collaborative and develops powerful working relationships quickly and maintains them successfully.
