Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our existing customer base.
- Prepare tailored proposals, deliver compelling sales presentations, conduct negotiations, and close contracts with precision.
- Reach out to accounts with the aim of rekindling relationships and uncovering new growth opportunities.
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is consistently maintained.
