Job Description

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a proactive Health & Safety Manager to join our team to develop and maintain H&S plans, policies and procedures including legal compliance to all workplace related fire and security regulations for all managed properties within Publicis ReSources portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all parties in managed buildings comply with applicable health and safety regulations.
  • Create and implement workplace health and safety plans in line with guidelines.
  • Review practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risks and legal compliance.
  • Provide training and presentations on health and safety topics and accident prevention.
  • Monitor compliance in shared areas of managed buildings and escalate any non‑compliance incidents to brand representatives when needed.
  • Inspect equipment and machinery at managed sites to identify unsafe conditions.
  • Collaborate with Building Managers to issue permits for contractors working at managed buildings, including hot works, roof access, harness use, and others as required.
  • Maintain accident and incident records for Resources UK staff and report any RIDDOR‑related cases.
  • Oversee ISO45001 accreditations for Groupe‑managed buildings, managed by Facilities, and ensure BCP requirements are met.
  • Recommend solutions for ongoing health and safety issues, suggest improvements, and propose new prevention measures.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of, commitment to, and compliance with all relevant legislation and Publicis Groupe Policies (Janus) as they relate to your role and activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships and communication with tenants/clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Safety and Compliance Manager.
  • Extensive knowledge of Health & Safety legal guidelines.
  • Produce accurate, concise procedural documents, reports and records.
  • Management of ISO45001 accreditations and BCP.
  • Management of risk assessments.
  • NEBOSH qualifications or equivalent.

Skills (including technology)

  • Good Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Outlook, and knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong management and communication skills.

This is a full‑time, in‑office position, Monday to Friday. Our main office is at the iconic Television Centre (TVC) in White City, London, and the role will also involve travel to our other offices in London.
