The company currently wishes to recruit highly skilled, motivated and driven people to be based on our Dungannon Retail site.
Essentially, we are seeking determined and committed individuals who can impact on performance and make a positive contribution to the company's future growth.
Responsibilities
The Role
- Operate machinery to ensure safe, efficient and continuous production i. e. Sealvac/ Mondini machines.
- Set up and adjust machine parameters to meet production requirements and customer specifications.
- Monitor packaging quality, vacuum integrity and seal performance throughout production runs.
- Carry out routine checks, cleaning and first-line maintenance on equipment.
- Ensure products are packed, labelled and presented to the required customer and quality standards.
- Complete all relevant production documentation accurately.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets and satisfy customer requirements.
- Maintain Health, Safety, Hygiene and Food Quality standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations.
- Carry out general housekeeping duties and ensure work areas are maintained to a high standard.

- Strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to work and willingness to work additional hours when required.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and customer specifications.
Desirable
- Previous experience operating Sealvac vacuum packaging machinery.
- Experience within a food production environment.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene and quality management systems.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
This role operates on a shift basis.
