Overview
Dunbia Group, Dungannon, are excited to offer a 12-week HR Placement to join our business with an immediate start. You will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, working alongside people who are passionate about working in their careers within the Food Industry. No experience in HR or even the Food Industry is required but we are looking for someone who is excited about working in the varied world of Human Resources where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
The Role: As part of the HR team, you will work as part of a dedicated, driven and supportive team. As your skills and knowledge develop over your time with us, you will get involved in many aspects of HR within the business including:

Qualifications
The Person: The ideal candidate will have or demonstrate:
- Studying for a HR/ Business Degree or related subject;
- Highly motivated, ambitious and commercially minded;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Excellent time management;
- Understanding of team dynamics, demonstrating the ability to work as an active and constructive member of a team with a professional enthusiastic attitude;
- Excellent attention to detail;
The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK.
