  • Intelligence: a suite of tools that give definitive answers to big questions, and uncovers actionable insights about real people
  • Trading: a model built on flexibility and trusted relationships, underpinned with bold guarantees
  • Relationships: a culture of asking challenging questions to better understand the brief – we are not a ‘yes’ agency
  • People: a strong history of recruiting talent from diverse backgrounds and accelerating their careers

  • Manage timelines, requests and updates so campaigns run smoothly across multiple regions
  • Turn campaign data and reporting into clear insights that inform future activity and decision‑making
  • Lead regular client updates, keeping conversations clear, focused and grounded in what matters most
  • Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, supportive team environment

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Experience in media planning (agency or similar), ideally with exposure to multi‑market work
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • A clear communicator who can build strong relationships across different teams and markets
  • Comfortable working with data and using it to support recommendations
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to share ideas and support others
  • Proactive and open to learning, with a steady and thoughtful approach to problem‑solving
