Lead the definition, scoping, pricing, and sell-in of new dashboarding engagements. Partner with client leads and senior stakeholders to position dashboarding as a strategic, value-driven product, not a reporting deliverable. Set standards for dashboard architecture, data visualisation, performance, and scalability. Drive technical roadmap decisions, including automation, modularisation, and reuse. Ensure dashboards are production-grade: secure, governed, performant, and resilient. Partner closely with engineering, data platform, and advanced analytics teams to align on technical strategy.
  • Delivery & Client Excellence: Accountable for the delivery and servicing of existing client dashboards across markets. Ensure consistent quality, reliability, and adoption across all client solutions. Act as the senior escalation point for complex delivery, data, or stakeholder challenges. Translate complex technical capability into clear client value and outcomes.
  • Leadership & Operating Model: Lead and scale teams of analysts, developers, and engineers across London and India. Establish clear operating models, ways of working, and governance across teams and client engagements. Build senior capability within the team through coaching, structure, and career development.
  • Strategy & Proposition Development: Define and evolve the dashboarding proposition in line with client demand and agency growth priorities. Identify opportunities to productise and standardise dashboard solutions. Ensure dashboarding aligns to broader agency data, media, and technology strategy. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform roadmap and investment decisions.
