We are hiring a Global Client Partner to lead international strategy for a high-profile, complex global client portfolio. This role sits at the centre of our international planning team, shaping direction across markets while building trusted senior relationships. You’ll balance strategic clarity with hands-on leadership, helping clients navigate change and unlock growth through media. It’s a role for someone who enjoys collaboration, complexity and making a real impact through their work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead global, multi-market media strategy across a large international client portfolio, ensuring consistency while respecting local nuance.
- Act as a senior day-to-day partner for global, regional and local client stakeholders, managing relationships with confidence and credibility.
- Own the development and delivery of clear, high-quality strategic recommendations and presentations that respond directly to client challenges.
- Collaborate closely with international markets, specialist teams and senior agency leaders to deliver best-in-class work.
- Lead, coach and support a direct team, while contributing to a wider international community of practitioners.
- Partner with senior leadership on forecasting, revenue management and delivery against contractual commitments.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, experimentation and growth that benefit both client outcomes and agency capability.
Skills we’re looking for:
- Experience leading complex global or multi-regional client relationships within media, marketing or digital environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to simplify complexity and turn insight into clear direction.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders across cultures, markets and time zones.
- Proven experience developing and supporting high-performing teams through coaching and collaboration.
- A solid understanding of digital ecosystems, data-informed marketing and full-funnel media strategy.
- Commercial awareness, with experience contributing to account growth, forecasting and profitability.
