Job Description

We are hiring a Global Associate Director to play a pivotal role within Zenith’s ULABS Media team, supporting one of the world’s most prestigious and integrated global clients, UBS. Based in our London hub, this role sits at the centre of a multi-market ecosystem, shaping planning excellence, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring consistently high-quality delivery across regions. You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal leaders, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex global programmes. This is a role with genuine influence, visibility, and room to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Business Director and Global Client Lead to lead day-to-day delivery across key global projects and workstreams.
  • Act as a central conduit between planning, activation, client, and partner teams across multiple international hubs.
  • Lead and elevate planning product, working closely with Strategy and activation teams to deliver high-quality, integrated outputs.
  • Oversee client deliveries, ensuring work is on brief, on time, and aligned to agreed standards and governance.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, supporting clear communication and effective escalation management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, ways of working, and operational efficiency across markets.
  • Support and develop team members, fostering collaboration, learning, and confidence across the global account.

Qualifications

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Experience as a Global Associate Director, or a high-performing Account Director/Manager ready to step up.
  • A strong digital media background, with planning and implementation experience across paid search, social, display, video, audio, and programmatic channels.
  • Confidence working across complex, global accounts with multiple business units, KPIs, and priorities.
  • Clear, engaging communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to turn data and market learnings into actionable insights.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset — comfortable working independently while keeping others informed and aligned.
  • A genuine interest in people, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, with the resilience to navigate change and challenge.
