We are hiring a Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping commercial decisions across our production business. This role sits at the heart of the organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders to turn financial insight into meaningful action. You'll help teams understand performance, unlock growth opportunities, and make confident, well‐informed decisions. What you'll be doing:

  • Partnering with department leads to review P&L performance and support plans that improve profitability and drive sustainable growth.
  • Providing commercial insight on new hire and capital expenditure requests, ensuring investment decisions are well‐judged and transparent.
  • Building trusted relationships with production and client teams, strengthening commercial understanding across the business.
  • Actively supporting improvements in client profitability by identifying opportunities to grow revenue or improve margins.
  • Owning the production of departmental P&Ls for commit and reforecast cycles, ensuring accuracy, clarity and timeliness.
  • Analysing revenue pipelines to highlight risks, trends and opportunities that inform forecasting and planning.
  • Creating clear, practical commercial reporting and ad‐hoc analysis that supports confident decision‐making.

Skills we're looking for:

  • Strong experience in finance business partnering, with the ability to translate numbers into insight and action.
  • A solid understanding of financial statements, including P&L and balance sheet dynamics.
  • Confidence engaging and influencing both finance and non‐finance stakeholders at different levels.
  • Commercial judgement and curiosity, with a mindset focused on improvement and value creation.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and a willingness to adapt as business needs evolve.
