We are hiring an Integrated Investment Account Director to help shape how one of the world’s most influential brands shows up across global markets. Sitting at the heart of Spark Foundry International, this role brings together strategic thinking, investment craft and collaborative leadership to deliver truly integrated media solutions. You’ll play a central role on the Meta account, working across regions and disciplines to turn insight into impact. If you’re motivated by solving complex challenges with smart, connected thinking, this is a role where your influence will be felt every day.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Translating holistic communication strategies into integrated media approaches that work seamlessly across channels and markets.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for ROW (Rest of the World) markets, ensuring consistent application of Meta media standards and buying guidelines.
  • Overseeing international and local campaigns planned through the London ROW hub, spanning EMEA, India and LATAM.
  • Partnering with search, social and programmatic teams to create joined‑up investment solutions, not siloed outputs.
  • Contributing to client growth through thought leadership and a nuanced understanding of non‑US market dynamics.
  • Supporting global and UK direct digital buys, ensuring high standards across planning, activation and reporting.
  • Leading, coaching and developing Integrated Investment Managers and Executives, helping them grow in confidence, capability and impact.

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Experience in activation‑led or investment roles, with a desire to operate at a more strategic and influential level.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, with exposure to channels such as social, video, display, OTT and programmatic.
  • Familiarity with consumer‑facing campaigns across multiple markets or regions (helpful, but not essential).
  • Confidence turning insight and objectives into clear, integrated media recommendations.
  • Experience guiding and supporting others, with a people‑centred approach to leadership.
  • Clear, considered communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An organised, adaptable mindset that allows you to balance priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

Spark Foundry offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees. Full details are shared when you join, but highlights include core benefits such as Pension, Life Assurance, and Private Medical cover, alongside enhanced policies like Reflection Days and Shared Parental Leave. You’ll also have access to a range of additional initiatives. At Spark Foundry, we are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
