Job Description

We are hiring a Digital Planning Director to shape and lead reMarkable’s global digital media strategy at a pivotal moment of growth. This role sits at the heart of an ambitious DTC brand, bringing together Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic to deliver impact across the full funnel. You’ll work closely with specialist teams and senior stakeholders to turn insight into action, balancing brand building with commercial performance. If you’re excited by thoughtful strategy, collaborative teams and work that genuinely supports focused, creative thinking, this role offers real scope to make your mark.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the integrated digital strategy for reMarkable across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic, from awareness through to conversion.
  • Shaping how investment is balanced across the funnel to drive sustainable brand growth and strong commercial outcomes.
  • Leading cross‑channel performance against KPIs such as CPA and ROAS, using insight to guide optimisation and investment decisions.
  • Working in close partnership with channel specialists, the Data & Technology team and the reMarkable account team to deliver joined‑up planning.
  • Translating complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Championing a test‑and‑learn approach, embedding measurement frameworks and audience insights into everyday planning.
  • Supporting and developing teams within a collaborative, matrixed agency environment.

Qualifications

Skills we’re looking for

  • Strong experience in cross‑channel digital planning across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic.
  • A clear understanding of how digital media contributes at different stages of the funnel, with confidence using metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CPM and CPC.
  • Hands‑on experience in at least one performance channel, with the ability to guide and challenge specialists constructively.
  • Comfort using data and insight to inform decisions, test hypotheses and improve outcomes over time.
  • Experience working with DTC, e‑commerce or consumer electronics brands, where brand and performance objectives coexist.
  • Clear, thoughtful communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
  • A collaborative leadership style, with experience supporting and developing teams in an agency setting.
