This is a fast‑paced, phone‑based role where you will be the front line for multiple flagship brands. You’ll be pitching directly to senior professionals across different industry sectors. Because you’ll look after a brilliant mix of event formats, you won't just be selling standard conference tickets—you'll be selling places at prestigious industry dinners and spotting clever upsell opportunities (like VIP packages or multi‑event passes) to maximise revenue. - Managing a multi‑brand portfolio: You’ll switch gears easily between different industries and event formats, from securing day delegates for standalone conferences to closing high‑value table and ticket sales for evening industry award dinners.
- Spotting upsell opportunities: You’ll listen closely to clients to find ways to add value, whether that’s upselling them to a VIP pass, securing extra seats at a dinner table, or booking them onto other events in our portfolio.
- Building industry relationships: You’ll talk confidently to professionals across various business sectors, representing our brands with passion and professionalism.
