Responsibilities
  • Lead the formulation of data strategy for Sky, with an emphasis on leveraging client 1P data and proprietary identity assets to deliver against campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, the agency team and additional Publicis stakeholders to understand client business goals, campaign goals, data availability, maturity and compliance.
  • Oversee the development and scaling of campaign targeting and personalisation using audience segmentation, predictive modelling, and ID resolution tools.
  • Drive adoption and innovation around Publicis’ proprietary ID solutions, ensuring they are effectively integrated within the Sky business.
  • Monitor performance, ensuring data strategies directly contribute to meaningful growth and ROI for clients.
  • Act as a thought‑leader on topics including data privacy, GDPR and other data legislation, customer‑centricity, and Publicis’ proprietary data products.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams, and with new and existing external data partners, to identify opportunities for enhancements to existing assets, products and integrations.
  • Guide data governance, compliance, and best practices in line with GDPR and international standards.

  • In‑depth understanding of identity resolution, data onboarding, CDPs, DMPs, and relevant technologies.
  • Familiarity with proprietary and 3rd‑party ID solutions, as well as the broader AdTech ecosystem.
  • Demonstrable expertise in data compliance, privacy regulations (esp. GDPR), and ethical data use.
  • Experience of leading projects focused on personalisation, customer journey mapping, or audience segmentation at scale.
  • Experience working with large datasets and big data tools (e.g. SQL, cloud databases etc.), both individually and in partnership with data scientists / data engineers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with evidence of driving client growth through data activation programmes.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
