We are hiring an Ad Tech & Data Manager to shape how ad technology and data power meaningful growth for some of our most exciting global clients. This role sits at the heart of how strategy becomes scalable, measurable activation bringing clarity, rigour and momentum to complex ad tech ecosystems. You’ll partner closely with client, strategy and activation teams to build strong foundations today, while designing smarter, future‑ready ways of working for tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and evolving the ad tech roadmap across a portfolio of clients, balancing performance, scalability and governance.
  • Turning complex or ambiguous requirements into clear workstreams, priorities and recommendations that teams can act on.
  • Building and maintaining robust tagging and asset inventories, with clear documentation and quality assurance standards.
  • Leading verification and measurement standards, ensuring consistent setup, benchmarking and ongoing governance.
  • Supporting ad tech and DSP consolidation initiatives to simplify ways of working and improve outcomes.
  • Partnering with teams to assess, pilot and roll out new vendors or capabilities, supported by clear guidance and enablement.
  • Creating playbooks and running training that empower activation teams with repeatable, practical processes.

Qualifications

  • A strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and how platforms connect across ad serving, buying and measurement.
  • Hands‑on experience with ad tech or in‑platform activation, ideally including tools within Google Marketing Platform.
  • Confidence working with tagging, tracking QA and data quality controls, with an eye for consistency and detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
  • Clear, structured communication skills—comfortable sharing recommendations, progress and trade‑offs.
  • Practical experience producing documentation such as runbooks, governance frameworks or stakeholder updates.
  • Curiosity about identity, privacy‑safe measurement and audience activation, and how these evolve across markets.
