We’re looking for a Creative Strategy Partner to join the leadership team — owning the strategic and creative engine of the business and shaping how influencer strategy drives brand growth. This is a key hire for someone who wants to define the future of influencer-led brand thinking, not just deliver campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy & creative function, setting the vision and standard across client work and pitches
- Own strategic quality and storytelling on major pitches, driving improved win rates
- Oversee strategic output across key clients, ensuring consistent, high-quality thinking
- Define Influential UK’s strategic point of view on creators, platforms and culture
- Build and implement governance, frameworks and best practice across the function
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing strategy team
- Partner closely with Client Services, Activation and Growth teams to drive commercial success
