We are hiring a Commercial Finance Assistant to join our collaborative Commercial Finance team, supporting some of the UK’s most recognised brands. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening commercial performance—bringing clarity to data, supporting decision‑making, and helping teams deliver meaningful client impact. You’ll work across multiple agencies, gaining exposure to a fast‑evolving media landscape while developing your financial and analytical skills. What you’ll be doing:

  • Prepare quarterly client profitability reporting using financial data and support submissions into group reporting systems
  • Consolidate and maintain revenue forecasts and dashboards to provide clear, timely insights to business leads
  • Support month‑end reporting activities, including analysis and reconciliation of revenue data
  • Manage weekly timesheet processes, including reminders, reporting, and resolving queries across agency teams
  • Set up and maintain job codes, system access, and reporting structures to ensure accurate tracking of time and costs
  • Produce regular utilisation and client time reports, contributing to wider commercial performance tracking
  • Partner with stakeholders across agencies to respond to queries and support ad‑hoc financial and commercial analysis

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a finance, commercial, or data‑focused role (or equivalent transferable experience)
  • Confidence working with data, including analysing and interpreting large datasets
  • Strong Excel skills and a willingness to continue developing technical capability
  • Interest in finance and accounting, with openness to further professional development
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Proactive approach with a focus on problem‑solving and continuous improvement
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across teams
