Responsibilities

  • Partner with leading client accounts to turn commerce ambitions into actionable strategies and measurable results.
  • Deliver high-quality client work across multiple projects, ensuring outputs are accurate, insightful, and delivered to brief.
  • Build strong client relationships by providing trusted advice and confidently presenting recommendations.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in retail media, eCommerce, and commerce transformation, applying market insights to client challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners to develop integrated solutions that create value for clients.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, case studies, research, and marketing initiatives that showcase the team’s expertise.
  • Support a collaborative culture by sharing knowledge, championing new ideas, and helping colleagues stay ahead of industry developments.

Qualifications

  • Experience across one or more areas of commerce, such as retail media, content, data and analytics, shopper marketing, or retailer engagement.
  • A strong understanding of the commercial and organisational challenges brands face within modern commerce environments.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality work.
  • A collaborative approach, with confidence building relationships across teams, clients, and partners.
