Job Description
- Collaborate with existing copywriters to develop and execute innovative concepts for B2B advertising campaigns.
- Lead and oversee creative projects from inception through to final delivery working closely with our design team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor designers and provide guidance to ensure the creative team functions efficiently.
- Work closely with account management to understand client needs and contribute to strategic planning.
- Ensure all creative outputs are consistent, innovative, and aligned with the agency's creative vision.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an art director role.
- Experience of B2B advertising is not essential, but preferable.
- Proven track record of leading successful advertising campaigns from concept to completion.
- Comfortable working in a fastâpaced, deadlineâdriven environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and design excellence.
Qualifications
- Exceptional conceptual skills with the ability to generate big ideas that work across multiple touchpoints from OOH and film to social and digital assets.
- Strong collaborative skills, working with other creatives, strategy, client services and external production partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to highâquality output.
- Ability to take concepts through to initial designs.
