Job Description
About The Role
Weâre looking for an experienced, detail-driven, and forward-thinking Paid Social Account Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to manage high-profile paid social campaigns. Our client is one of the most prestigious brands in the world, and one of the most prestigious clients within Publicis. They are a genuinely unique business: structured as a charitable foundation with no shareholders to answer to, and with products in such high demand that they consistently sell every item every year, many with long waiting lists. All of this means that most of the common objectives of an agency client - sales, revenue, margin - are infrequent considerations. Instead, they seek to âperpetuate the mythâ, ensuring that the dominant position they hold within their market, the almost ubiquitous aspiration to ownership and their unique synonymity with excellence are sustained, not just for the sales quarter or the financial year, but for the very long term.
Youâll lead on Paid Social strategy and activation, owning performance oversight and stakeholder communication. Youâll manage a team of paid social executives, helping them develop and execute best-in-class campaigns across key social media channels. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep platform expertise with a passion for innovation and enjoys building strong internal and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of Paid Social campaigns, including planning, budgeting, setup, pacing, and post-campaign wrap-ups.
- Own campaign documentation, media plans, and trackers to ensure consistency and visibility across all touchpoints.
- Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients, platforms, and internal teams.
- Confidently manage expectations, ensure transparency, and collaborate effectively to keep workflows smooth and aligned with campaign timelines.
- Drive social strategy development with a focus on performance, innovation, and efficiency.
- Regularly analyse campaign data to inform testing opportunities, recommend optimisations, and proactively identify areas to refine workflows or improve output quality.
- Oversee operational processes including campaign briefing, thorough QA, platform implementation, and tracking.
- Ensure media plans are error-free and all campaigns launch on time, fully tagged and documented, with appropriate team coordination.
- Lead weekly performance reviews using structured trackers, Sprinklr dashboards, and internal reporting tools.
- Take action quickly where pacing or delivery issues are identified, ensuring optimisation strategies are executed efficiently.
- Mentor and guide Paid Social Executives, overseeing their task management, campaign delivery, and development.
- Ensure they follow structured daily workflows, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold operational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Paid Social campaign planning, strategy, execution, and workflow ownership across operational tools and trackers.
- Proven knowledge of platforms including Sprinklr, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with the ability to brief, QA, and troubleshoot across them.
- A passion for innovation and efficiency, with a mindset geared toward process improvement and task management.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both the client, cross-agency and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and campaign execution.
- Confidence managing large budgets, with a strong grasp of budget pacing, documentation, and reporting processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate performance insights, campaign plans, and process updates.
