We are hiring a Business Director, Social & Influencer Strategy to shape culture at scale for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. This is a senior, hands‑on role where strategy meets delivery — turning complex global briefs into social and influencer work that genuinely connects with people. You’ll guide always‑on ecosystems and standout campaigns, bringing clarity, momentum and creative ambition to everything you touch. Responsibilities
- Setting the global direction for social and influencer strategy, from brief through to delivery and optimisation
- Designing and embedding clear operating models that support markets with practical, usable guidance
- Leading cross‑functional teams across strategy, creative, production, community and activation
- Turning insight and platform understanding into work that delivers meaningful business outcomes
- Overseeing always‑on social activity and campaign planning across multiple markets
- Strengthening collaboration across regions to reduce friction and improve consistency
