We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide services on a contract for services basis during a period of high demand and Microsoft 365 migration activity
Duration: 6 months
Location: Ashford, Kent with hybrid working options
Responsibilities
This hands‑on role will focus on 1st and 2nd line support, with additional support across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Hyper‑V, Fortigate, VPN, Jira, and Mac OS environments. You will work closely with colleagues in Ashford, Cairns, and other global locations to help maintain smooth day‑to‑day IT operations.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support
- Broad technical capability across end-user support, systems support, networking, and device support
- Experience supporting Windows Server and Hyper‑V environments
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online
- Ability to support Windows and Mac OS environments
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage varied priorities and work across different locations and time zones
Desirable:
- Experience with Intune
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 migration-related work
- Exposure to Fortigate, cyber security support, or incident response
- Experience in an international, not-for-profit, or mission-driven organisation
Current right to work in the UK is essential
