Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated Affiliate Executive to support the agency in affiliate marketing campaigns, working with our partner affiliate network(s) and publishers to deliver affiliate campaigns to satisfy our clients' business objectives. Your client will be a market leading international brand in the home appliances and electronics sector. You will be supporting the team in marketing campaigns in Latin America, primarily in Brazil. As a result we are looking for a native or fluent Portuguese speaker with an interest or background in marketing to join our London team. If you want to be part of an outgoing and friendly team, are a fast learner and have an interest in this sector, this would be the ideal role for you.

Responsibilities

• Researching and contacting prospective affiliates for our clients’ campaigns. This includes approaching both large volume driving websites, and smaller, long-tail influencers and bloggers in the UK and international markets.
• Building and managing relationships with publishers.
• Daily checks and reporting on affiliate activity.
• Auditing affiliate websites and promotional methods to ensure compliance with the client’s programme terms and conditions.
• Updating creative, offers and promotions on behalf of clients.
• Researching seasonal sector trends and geographic market insights.
• Working with the affiliate networks and with affiliates to create exposure plans for client campaigns and to support promotions and new product launches.
• Monitoring and reporting affiliate promotions back to the client.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed for a client facing role
• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical, especially with regard to daily checks, reports and processes
• Organised and able to prioritise tasks
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
• Creative thinking & proactive approach to work – bringing ideas and questions to the team
• Passionate about a career in digital marketing
• Native or fluent Portuguese
• An understanding of the Brazilian consumer or market is a bonus
