We are hiring an Account Manager to join our Starcom team, partnering with a luxury retailer across a portfolio of iconic fragrance brands. This role sits at the centre of the client relationship, shaping how luxury brands connect with audiences through insight-led, multi-channel campaigns. You’ll bring together strategy, execution and collaboration to deliver work that makes a measurable difference. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, from insight development through to execution and performance learning.
  • Translate strategic direction into clear, actionable briefs for cross-channel activation teams.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with PUIG stakeholders and guide day-to-day client discussions.
  • Use data and performance insights to optimise campaigns and inform future planning decisions.
  • Oversee the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring quality across timelines, budgets and outputs.
  • Work collaboratively across internal teams to deliver seamless, integrated media plans.
  • Support team development by coaching a junior team member and contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive within a media or communications environment.
  • Confidence leading campaign planning conversations and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong understanding of multi‑channel media planning and campaign delivery.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Organised and adaptable, comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Clear communicator who builds trust and works effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach, with a growth mindset and interest in media, culture or the beauty category.
