Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive who is creatively passionate, proactive and collaborative. No two days will be the same; it’s fast paced and fun, and we want someone who is comfortable and confident to juggle multiple projects and client stakeholders. You will be supported with ample opportunity for training and growth.
You will report to and work closely with our Senior Account Manager to ensure the smooth running of the account.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong connections with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Bridge Between Teams:Be the day-to-day liaison between the internal team and clients
- Project Coordination:Liaise and collaborate with creative, planners, aproject management and production to plan, schedule, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Campaign Support:Assist in developing campaigns, briefing teams, monitoring progress, tracking effectiveness, and preparing decks
- Communication:Write client reports, meeting notes, and ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders.
Key Duties
- Attend client meetings and take detailed briefs.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and budgets.
- Manage internal timelines and ensure project delivery.
- Track campaign performance and gather evaluation data.
