About Unaric is a leading provider of unified Salesforce applications - designed to extend and enhance the platform. Our trusted technology helps businesses scale smarter, move faster, and deliver better experiences across every stage of the customer journey.

DESelect, a core part of Unaric, is the leading solutions provider for campaign management and segmentation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, empowering marketers to launch and manage effective, data-driven campaigns with ease.

Purpose of the Role: As the Product Manager for DESelect, you will own the evolution of a MarTech product suite already trusted by 100+ global customers. Your mission is twofold: deeply understanding our current users to sharpen our existing roadmap, and leading "zero-to-one" discovery for the next generation of MarTech tools - including exploring opportunities within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next. You will bridge the gap between customer pain points and engineering reality, turning data-driven insights into growth-engine products.

About you: You are a high-agency problem solver who thrives in the "grey area" of product discovery. You don’t wait for a brief; you go out and find the problem. You are obsessed with customer impact and have the intellectual curiosity to ask the "extra" question that reveals the true root cause. You are equally comfortable presenting a high-level vision to stakeholders as you are getting your hands dirty in the data or engineering workflows to ensure a product or feature delivers real value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Discovery: Conduct continuous, detailed problem and solution discovery sessions with existing customers to understand pain points and improve the product experience.
  • Roadmap Management: Define, maintain, and communicate a clear product roadmap for DESelect’s live products to drive customer value and business growth.
  • New Product Validation: Lead the ideation, validation, and prototyping of new product opportunities, providing clear go/no-go recommendations based on data.
  • Cross-Product Integration: Collaborate with other Unaric product teams (e.g., Reports) to build marketing-specific propositions, such as performance optimization and reporting.
  • Lifecycle Optimization: Partner with Sales and CS to optimize products for "time to impact," supporting higher close rates and reducing churn.
  • Engineering Alignment: Work closely with the engineering team to translate customer needs into technical requirements and manage the build process.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS Product Management.
  • Customer Intimacy: Expert at conducting problem/solution discovery and translating "user talk" into actionable requirements.
  • Data-Driven Validation: Experience using data to validate hypotheses and measure product-market fit.
  • Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of engineering processes and the ability to work effectively with technical leads.
  • MarTech Knowledge: Familiarity with the Marketing Technology landscape; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a significant plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.

What Success looks like:

  • Month 6: A clearly defined, validated roadmap for existing products is in place, and at least one new proposition has moved through the discovery-to-pipeline phase.
  • Customer Health: Improved NPS and reduced churn driven by features that directly address core customer pain points.
  • Commercial Impact: Playing a key role in driving 30% growth through a combination of product optimization and the launch of new, high-demand functionality.
  • Efficiency: A measurable reduction in "time to impact" for new users onboarding onto DESelect products.
