Una Health is a fast-moving healthcare sales and distribution business with a growing portfolio of diagnostic and testing solutions. We work with NHS trusts, private healthcare providers, and diagnostic networks. We're looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to own and grow our Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) accounts across London and the South East.
This role is for you if:
- You have established relationships with POCT leads, procurement leads, and clinical decision-makers in London and the South East - and you're known in those rooms.
- You're energised by a portfolio that's evolving, not static - you don't need a perfect product catalogue, you back yourself to learn fast and open doors.
- You're comfortable hunting as well as farming - as our portfolio grows, so do the segments we're moving into.
- You bring the kind of commercial credibility that means customers take your call.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and deepening relationships across NHS and private sector POCT accounts in the region.
- Driving revenue through consultative, relationship-led selling.
- Introducing new products and categories as the portfolio develops.
- Partnering closely with our internal teams to shape how we get to market.
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrable POCT sales experience in the London market.
- A track record of building trusted, long-term customer relationships at the right level.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage product launches.
- Degree-educated in health sciences or equivalent is an advantage, but we value commercial results and regional network more highly.
What we offer:
- Competitive salary, DOE.
- A business that's genuinely growing, with real scope for the right person to shape how this region develops.
- A collaborative, commercially-minded team that moves at pace.
- Company Car, phone and laptop as standard.
- 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays (and subject to company discretion, an additional three days of leave at Christmas).
- Enhanced Maternity Pay.
