Role Description
This is a steady part-time salaried role with excellent additional earning potential, based in our Southwark location. The Group Fitness Instructor will lead dynamic and engaging group fitness classes, incorporating Strength and Conditioning principles to help members improve their performance and fitness goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering structured sessions
- Motivating participants while ensuring proper technique and safety
- Fostering a positive team environment
- Providing feedback during progress assessments

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Strength and Conditioning principles and techniques
