This is a steady 20 hour part-time salaried role with excellent additional earning potential, based in our Southwark location.

The Group Fitness Instructor will lead dynamic and engaging group fitness classes, incorporating Strength and Conditioning principles to help members improve their performance and fitness goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering structured sessions
  • Motivating participants while ensuring proper technique and safety
  • Fostering a positive team environment
  • Providing feedback during progress assessments

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Strength and Conditioning principles and techniques
  • Experience in group fitness instruction and ability to motivate diverse participants
  • Proficient in client engagement, coaching, and providing constructive feedback
  • Ability to manage session planning and create structured workout programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant fitness certifications, such as NASM, ACE, or equivalent, are highly preferred
  • A passion for fitness, teamwork, and helping others achieve their goals
  • Proven ability to foster and maintain a positive community atmosphere
