We’re looking for an Events Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of events and activations at our Camden store. This role is responsible for turning approved event plans into smooth, safe, and high-quality live experiences within a busy retail environment. You’ll work across event operations, venue setup, supplier coordination, crowd management, health & safety, and on-site execution, ensuring every activation is delivered efficiently and with strong customer and fan experience in mind.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end operational delivery of events, including planning, setup, live execution, breakdown, and reset.
  • Translate event briefs into clear run sheets, schedules, staffing plans, and setup plans.
  • Coordinate suppliers, production teams, security, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee crowd flow, queue management, access, and capacity control during activations.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, risk assessments, safeguarding, and venue procedures.
  • Support technical and production readiness, including AV, sound, lighting, and digital content playback.
  • Act as the on-site operational lead, resolving issues quickly and maintaining smooth event delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6+ years’ experience in event operations, venue operations, live production, experiential, or similar.
  • Experience working in high-footfall, customer-facing, or public venues.
  • Strong organisational, supplier management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay calm, structured, and decisive under pressure.
  • Comfortable working independently and across multiple teams.
  • Experience in retail events, music, entertainment, or cultural spaces is a plus.
