- Delivering VIP-level customer experiences during seasonal activations & artist launches.
- Being the on-the-ground point of contact for artists, talent teams & guests.
- Supporting event setup and live execution from start to finish.
- Keeping the store energy high and every moment running smoothly.
You're a great fit if you have
- 1–3 years in events, hospitality, experiential retail or a customer-facing role.
- Confidence engaging with customers, artists & VIP guests.
