Islam Channel, a UK-based Islamic television broadcaster serving an estimated 60% of British Muslims since 2004, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its Digital Team.

In this role, you will create visual content across digital and offline media channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Studying project briefs and materials to understand design requirements
  • Collaborating with the digital team on concept planning and development
  • Producing finished artwork and graphics for social media channels and digital products
  • Presenting design concepts and styles for internal review and approval
  • Liaising with team members on layout and design decisions
  • Delivering assigned tasks on time to support team objectives
  • Evaluating completed layouts and recommending visual enhancements

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva
  • Strong overall Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • Editorial design experience across multiple media formats including social media and video
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong project and deadline management capabilities
  • Ability to manage projects from initial concept through final production
  • Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating design quality across different platforms

This is a full-time, in-person position based at Islam Channel's offices in Ilford, UK. Only candidates able to commute to Ilford will be considered.
