OnePath Network is seeking a highly motivated and professional Global Ambassador - UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong community standing, be self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about OnePath Network's vision. This role requires expertise in fundraising, the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships on the ground, and effective advocacy for OnePath Network.

Requirements:

  • Advocacy and Representation: Serve as the primary representative of OnePath Network, advocating for its mission and vision within the UK community. Engage with various community stakeholders to enhance the visibility and reputation of OnePath Network.
  • Fundraising: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive fundraising strategies, including donor cultivation, event organisation, and securing sponsorships and partnerships, while maintaining strong relationships with supporters. Ensure all fundraising activities operate within relevant fundraising regulations. KPI management and reporting.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with community leaders, organisations, and influencers to enhance visibility and foster engagement. Actively participate in community events, forums, and meetings to foster a positive image and increase engagement.
  • Communication and Marketing: Articulate the vision, achievements, and opportunities for supporting OnePath Network enthusiastically and consistently with the brand's philosophies. Prepare and manage all promotional materials related to fundraising and community engagement activities. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress and impact of fundraising efforts.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of corporate professional experience, with at least 3 years in fundraising, sales, marketing, or similar roles within the non-profit sector. Proven success in delivering revenue growth and securing financial support through philanthropic gifts, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively advocate for organisational goals. Strong oral and written communication abilities. Ability to influence stakeholders effectively. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated track record of working within or serving Muslim communities in the UK. Proficiency in developing and monitoring strategic fundraising plans, including budgets and forecasts. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle various projects concurrently.
  • Attributes: U.K. Citizen. U.K. Driver's Licence and own transport (essential). This role requires occasional travel across the UK to attend community events and meet with donors. Estimated travel time is 20%. Commitment to the vision and objectives of OnePath Network. Ability to recruit and manage volunteers to assist in the organisations objectives. High level of professionalism and adaptability. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results. Uphold and adhere to OnePath Network’s internal policies, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements in all professional activities, including fundraising, community engagement, and advocacy. Ensure that all actions, communications, and engagements reflect the values and mission of OnePath Network while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and organisational standards.
