Manage sales targets for your region and drive successful outcomes against key performance indicators. Scout and nurture new leads, organisations, and stakeholders to drive platform usage.
  • Client & Campaign Management: Onboard and support new and existing accounts, helping charities and organisations plan and launch successful campaigns. Train and coach fundraisers with a consultative, goal-oriented approach. Build long-term relationships with high-value stakeholders, offering continued support and insights.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and coach a team of regional account managers to peak performance. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across operations, marketing, product, and customer success. Attend face-to-face client meetings and regional events to build visibility and engagement.

Core Competencies

  • Leadership Excellence: Proven track record of managing teams and motivating individuals toward target achievement.
  • Sales & Account Management: Experience in both acquiring new clients and nurturing long-term accounts.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Able to craft and execute growth strategies, backed by data.

  • Ability to travel across the UK, EMEA, and APAC as needed.
