They are seeking a full-time Operations Associate to join their Waterloo, London office on a hybrid basis (Monday–Thursday in-office).\\*\\*Digital Transformation & Infrastructure:\\*\\** Maintain MCF's custom digital systems and databases* Generate website performance analytics and reports for board presentations using Google Analytics and WordPress* Serve as technical bridge between staff and digital platforms\\*\\*Event & External Operations:\\*\\** Coordinate executive retreats including venue logistics and ticketing* Organise external exhibitions and political conference participation* Draft professional communications and manage speaker coordination\\*\\*Executive & Strategic Support:\\*\\** Prepare briefing documents and strategic reports for board and committee meetings* Drive cross-functional projects and address operational gaps* Support senior leadership with administrative and strategic coordination\\*\\*About You:\\*\\** Exceptional versatility across diverse operational and technical tasks* Self-directed problem-solver requiring minimal supervision* Fluent with digital platforms and backend systems* Ability to manage shifting priorities and work confidently with senior sector leaders* Technical familiarity with tools like Vercel, Supabase, or Mailchimp is advantageous but not required* Learning potential and adaptability are highly valued\\*\\*What's Offered:\\*\\** Salary: £26,000–£30,000 per annum based on experience* Hybrid working (Monday–Thursday in office, flexible remaining days)* Role at the heart of the UK Muslim charity sector\\*\\*To Apply:\\*\\*Submit a maximum two-page CV and two-page cover letter to info@muslimcharitiesforum.org.uk.
