Join us as a Business Funding Executive and be at the forefront of helping businesses access the support and solutions they need to grow. At UMi, we empower businesses to do more and go further by making it easier to find and access the advice and funding they need.

As a key member of our team, you’ll guide businesses through their funding options, assess their needs, coordinate support from our Business Funding Advisers, and ensure their cases are presented accurately for lender review. You’ll work across multiple channels, providing clear, comprehensive guidance and helping to remove barriers so businesses can move forward with confidence.

What we’re looking for

• Customer-Focused Service: Strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and effective written and verbal communication.
• Analytical Skills: Confident in assessing customer needs, reviewing information, and guiding businesses with clear, actionable advice.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and ability to apply analytical skills to support funding readiness.
• Organisation & Self-Motivation: Ability to manage workload, adapt pace, and maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment.
• Independent & Collaborative: Ability to work independently with clients and support a team of Business Funding Advisers.
• Tech Literacy: Competent with Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate CRM records in line with data protection standards.
• Growth Mindset: Enjoy engaging at events, networking, and supporting broader business development activities.

Desirable:

• Experience in customer-facing/service roles, business funding assessments, or using customer management databases.
• Familiarity with due diligence, risk assessment, or KYC/AML requirements.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
