UMENCO is recruiting an eCommerce Content Manager for an Australian menswear brand expanding into the UK market. This role offers the opportunity to shape and elevate the digital customer experience for the brand, leading the execution of content strategy across the brand's ecommerce platform.
Working closely with the Head of Digital & eCommerce, Creative Director and wider brand team, you will ensure all online content reflects the brand's premium positioning while driving engagement, personalisation and commercial performance across key digital touchpoints.
The eCommerce Content Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of ecommerce content, ensuring all product imagery, video and merchandising assets meet the highest creative and brand standards. Collaborating with the photographic studio, styling, merchandising and marketing teams, the successful talent will manage the content production process from shoot planning and asset creation through to quality assurance and website execution.
The eCommerce Content Manager will also lead the development and optimisation of personalised customer journeys, creating tailored onsite experiences that enhance engagement, conversion and customer retention.
The successful talent will use data, customer insights and performance analysis to continually optimise the online experience. Working alongside external digital agencies and internal stakeholders, the eCommerce Content Manager will contribute to SEO, GEO and conversion rate optimisation initiatives, execute A/B testing, monitor customer journey performance and implement content improvements that drive traffic, increase conversion and maximise revenue. Regular reporting and performance analysis will inform ongoing enhancements to the ecommerce strategy.
The ideal talent will bring proven experience in ecommerce content management, digital merchandising or online trading within a premium retail environment. Highly organised, commercially minded and creatively driven, the eCommerce Content Manager will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and possess exceptional attention to detail, communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
