With more than 150 sales and logistics facilities in over 50 countries, Doka has a high-performing distribution network for advice, customer service and technical support on the spot and ensures that equipment is provided swiftly – no matter how big and complex the project.Doka employs more than 8,400 people worldwide and is a company of the Umdasch Group, which has stood for reliability, experience and trustworthiness for more than 150 years.Job DescriptionResponsible for generating new business opportunities in the area of responsibility, as well as maintaining the project pipelineResponsible for achieving personal annual sales targetsEnsure full knowledge of all Key Customers, the decision makers and key influencers as well as understanding organisation structure and the decision processesMaintain positive and open relationships with customers and internal Doka employeesUsing the Doka product portfolio to deliver the most economical and professional solution together with upselling in order to increase revenuesDevelop an understanding of competitor’s productsEnsure customer requirements are communicated accurately with the engineering department Resolve customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfactionLead and coordinate with team members and other departments throughout the whole sales process from inquiry to project closureResponsible for account management, i.e. dealing with complaints, queries, and making sure account payments are made in line with Doka trading terms. Supply management with reports on your sales area activities, customer needs, interests, competitive activities and the potential to identify opportunities for new products and servicesMaintain customer and project information in the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting of revenue and material requirementsQualificationsQualifications / Knowledge / ExperienceDegree or diploma in a construction related discipline would be preferable along with a deep knowledge of the construction industry and ideally the formwork sectorStrong technical sales skills with at least 5 years experienceStrong IT skills and a good understanding of Microsoft OfficeAbility to create and confidently deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needsRelationship management skills and ability to deal with customer feedbackUnderstanding of key contractual termsSkills / CharacteristicsPassionate to find solutions for clients through an added-value approachOpen-minded and team oriented with a positive attitudeAbility to self motivate and work unsupervisedHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in salesStrong interpersonal, communication, selling and negotiation skills and a strong numerical aptitudeHigh levels of prioritisation, time management and organizational skillsAdditional InformationWhat we offer:Attractive employee benefitsComprehensive training periodCompany BonusDoka is an equal opportunities employer.
