We are looking for 2 outstanding hospitality professionals and/or tutors to join us as Skills Coaches.

  • Location: Home based with travel (proximity to Head Office desirable: Medway, Chatham Dockyard)
  • Travel: London/Oxford/South
  • Roles: 2x Full-Time Roles - Monday - Friday (Permanent)

As a Skills Coach, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional teaching, learning, and assessment in hospitality apprenticeships. Manage and support a caseload of learners and employer partners, nationally. Guide apprentices through onboarding, delivery sessions, progress reviews, and assessments. Deliver engaging training (online).
